Process

How it works: from enquiry to capital on call

You complete a 60-second online enquiry, a lending specialist follows up to understand your business and its cash flow, we match you with a suitable lender and structure, and once approved your facility or loan is ready to use. Enquiring is free and has no effect on your credit score.

    1. Enquire

Tell us the amount, the purpose and roughly what the business turns over.

    2. Talk it through

  4. Ready

    4. Decide and draw

You review the full terms and cost, make the call, and the funds are put on call.

What does the 60-second enquiry ask?

The online enquiry covers the basics: your name and contact details, your business, the amount you're after, what it's for and an approximate turnover. No credit check is run at this stage, so your credit score is unaffected.

What happens on the follow-up call?

A lending specialist gets in touch. Expect questions such as: Which months are your busiest? How long do customers take to pay? Is this a one-off, or does the same gap come back every year? Do you or a supporting party own property in Australia? The answers point to the right structure — a line of credit, unsecured working capital or a property-secured top-up.

What documents will I usually need?

OptionWhat's typically asked for
Line of credit or unsecured loanRecent business bank statements (often shared through a secure bank-data link), your ABN and business details, and ID. Generally trading 6+ months.
Property-secured loanDetails of the property and any existing mortgage, the purpose of the loan and how it will be repaid, and ID. No financials or tax returns for the initial assessment.

How are the decision and pricing handled?

You'll see the full terms and every cost before signing anything. Each loan is priced on your individual circumstances — we don't publish rates — and we look for the sharpest option available for your situation. Some unsecured decisions are made the same day; property-secured loans can be funded within 24 hours of approval in some cases.

What happens once the funds are in place?

With a line of credit, you draw as needed and pay it down as revenue comes in. With a lump-sum loan, you follow the repayment schedule agreed at the outset. Either way, if trading conditions shift, speak to your lender early. Our guide to using business credit responsibly covers habits that make a real difference.

FAQ

Process questions

How long does it take from enquiry to funds?

That depends on the option. Unsecured decisions can come the same day once the lender has your bank statements. Property-secured loans can settle within 24 hours of approval in some cases, once the valuation and legal steps are done.

What will the lending specialist want to know?

What the funds are for, how much you need, how income moves through your year, how you plan to repay, and whether you or a supporting party own property in Australia.

Does enquiring lock me in?

No. The enquiry simply opens a conversation. Nothing goes ahead unless you choose to proceed after seeing the options and the full cost.

Do I need an ABN?

Yes. We arrange business-purpose finance, so the lender will want your ABN (and ACN if you trade through a company) along with identification for the people involved.

Put some capital on call

Tell us how cash moves through your business. The enquiry takes about 60 seconds, leaves your credit score alone, and a lending specialist gets back to you to talk through the options.
